1.) This survey was performed without reference to a current Commitment for Land Title Insurance, which
may have disclosed information affecting the surveyed real estate.
2.) The zoning classification for the surveyed real estate, as established by governmental record, and it's
c4rrss':ondinn setback requirements other than those shown on the plat of Springwood Subdivision. have not
been hown on this survey. No setbacks have been shown that mcy be found in the covenants and restrictions
of Springwood Subdivision.
3.) The described real estate does not lie within a Special Flood Hazard Zone (Zone A) as plotted by scale on
the Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Flood Insurance Program, FIRM Flood Insurance Rate
Map Community -Panel Number 180081 0012 C, effective May 19, 1981. Attention is called to the fact that
there are substantial uncertainties associated with said map and with information taken therefrom. Flood Plain
information is provided solely based upon a review of the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM), and shall not be
construed as a confirmation or denial of flooding potential.
4.) Underground utilities were not located as a part of this survey, and are hereby specifically excluded
therefrom. Said underground utilities may be caused to be marked upon the ground by calling the Indiana
Underground Plant Protection Agency at 1-800-382-5544.
5.) Per information supplied by the Surveyor's Office, Hamilton County, Indiana no legal (regulated) drains
directly affect the surveyed real estate.
6.) Possession lines referenced at monumented corners only. Possession lines may vary between said corners.
7.) No warranty, either express or implied, is made as to the accuracy and /or completeness of information
provided by governmental authorities and /or third parties, or os to it's fitness for any particular purpose or use,
including but not limited to information presented on zoning, setback requirements, flood hazard zones and
wetlands area(s). In no event will Weihe Engineers, Inc., it s employees, agents, and /or assigns be liable for any
damages arising out of the furnishing and /or use of such information.
8.) This survey is an Instrument of Service, and is not to be used by parties other than those to whom is has
been certified, until it has been updated and recertified by the undersigned.
9.) As used in this Survey, certify means to state or declare a professional opinion of conditions regarding those
facts or finding which are the subject of the certification and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee, either
express or implied.

Location of Survey: Lot #5 in Springwood Subdivision the plat of which is recorded as Instrument #2000-
52411, Plat Cabinet Two, Slide 504 in the Office of the Hamilton County Recorders Office.
Note: The Theoretical Uncertainty of the corners of the subject tract, established this survey, is
within the specifications for a Class B Survey -0.25 foot) as defined in 865 IAC 1.12. (Theoretical
Uncertainty of a measurement is the radius of a circle which circumscribes an area containing the

procedures employed in the performance of a survey).
In accordance with Title 865, Article 1, Chapter 12 of the Indiana Administrative Code (IAC), the following
observations and opinions are submitted regarding the uncertainty in the position of the lines and corners
established and /or reestablished on this survey as a result of:
1 Availability and condition of reference monuments;
2 Clarity and /or ambiguity of the record description(s) used and /or the adjoiner's descriptions; and
3 Occupation or possession lines.
4 Measurements (Theoretical Uncertainty)
Note: There may exist unwritten rights associated with these uncertainties.
The perimeter of the surveyed tract was reestablished based upon prior surveys by Weihe Engineers Inc. and
the Plat for Springwood Subdivision. Monuments were found at all corners as shown on Plat.
The record descriptions for the adjoining real estate were obtained from the Hamilton County Recorder's
Office and mathematically retraced in an effort to disclose possible gaps and /or overlaps between the lines of
the surveyed tract and those of the adjoiners. It is this surveyor's professional opinion that there are no
uncertainties in the lines of the surveyed real estate and those of the adjoiners due to discrepancies in the
record descriptions.
No evidence of possession found.
As a result of the above observations, it is my opinion that the uncertainties in the locations of the lines and
corners established on this survey are as follows:
