PATIO PROJECT
1. Fence
a. Height will be a 3 ft or 4 ft
b. Wood or Vinyl
2. Landscaping around Fence
a. Mulch around fence about 12" wide and 2" thick
b. Arborvitae on the east side of the patio to help with the
buffer the sound on the patio. (Or equivalent)
c. Dwarf Hamlin around the rest of the fence.
3. Lighting
a. 2 wall mounted lights
i. Currently have 3 on the back of this building.
ii. Lights will be put on a time to go off when the
patio closes.
4. Music
a. We at this time do not plan on having any live music.
b. We will be putting up 2 speakers outside that are
attached to our jukebox. It will be on a separate
control so that the volume can be adjusted at anytime.
c. Music is just meant to be in background and add some
ambiance to the patio.
5. Patio hours
a. Weekdays (Sunday Thursday) open until 10:00 pm.
b. Weekend (Friday and Saturday) open until Midnight"
