Burroughs Associates, LLC 111 Congressional Blvd, Suite 110 Carmel, IN 46032 Re: First Baptist Church Signage 10030014 V and 10030015 V Dear Mr. Burroughs: At the meeting held Monday, April 26, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 1010 E. 126` Street. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 10030014 V and 10030015 V Development Standards Variances for number of signs and two signs facing one right -of -way (ROW). Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is April 26, 2013. Please include a copy of this letter with your sign permit application.
