HomeMy WebLinkAboutLetter of Grant CITY OF CARMEL (A\'.s LETTER of GRANT ^r Y April 27, 2010 e Mr. Mrs. John Retzlaff 12737 Wembly Road Carmel, IN 46033 Re: Retzlaff Garage 10030017 V Dear Mr. Mrs. Retzlaff: At the meeting held Monday, April 26, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 12737 Wembly Road APPROVED: Docket No. 10030017 V Development Standards Variance for one -car garage built less than five feet from property line. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
