Notice is hereby given that the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on
the 26 day of April, 2010 at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square,
Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards
Variance application to seek a waiver of the 36 -month time limit of a model home permit
under Ch. 25.16.02 of the Carmel Zoning Ordinance to allow Petitioner to continue to
operate the home located at 2530 Milano Drive, Westfield, IN 46074 as a model home
until such time as Petitioner no longer owns any lots or homes in The Lakes at Towne
Road subdivision;
For the property being known as: 2530 Milano Drive, Westfield, IN 46074
The application is identified as Docket No. 10040001 V.
