Dear Mr. Dobosiewicz:
At the meeting held Monday, April 26, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at
11335 N. Michigan Road.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 09110015 V, 09110017 V through 09110023 V: Development Standards Variances for
maximum 75% gross floor area permitted for retail uses; frontage on a public street; three signs for a single tenant
building (anchor tenant); three signs facing west (anchor tenant); maximum sign area (anchor tenant); type of changeable
copy for a sign; copy, multi tenant building complex directory sign; and maximum height of multi -tenant building
complex sign.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is April 26, 2013.
