Dear Ms. Conn,
Please find enclosed information regarding a landscaped patio area that D 0 Capital
would like to add on the south side of their building, located at 501 Congressional
Boulevard. The project is located near the intersection of Congressional Boulevard and E.
117 Street (approximately southwest corner). Please refer to the enclosed vicinity map for
additional location information.
The 2,200± SF patio will be comprised of concrete pavers, a sitting wall, built in grill, fire pit
and landscaping. The landscaping will consist of various types of shrubs and trees. Please
refer to the attached Patio Layout and Landscape Plan for additional information.
Please contact me at your earliest opportunity to discuss comments or to grant approval of
the project.
