RECREATIONAL VEHICLES 25.04.01 Recreational vehicles may not be stored any closer to a lot line than three times the maximum height of the recreational vehicle, except when completely enclosed. You will have 10 days upon the receipt of this letter to come into compliance, failure to do so could result in additional enforcement. It was also brought to our attention that the vehicles on your property may fit into the city's definition of abandoned vehicle. While we were unable to verify this, I do want to make you aware that we could take further action if this complaint continues to arise. One of the City ordinances regarding abandoned vehicles defines such a vehicle as one that is more than six model years old, may be mechanically inoperable, and is left on private property continuously in a location visible from public property for more than 30 days 6§115 (a) 6.
