At this time we have a re -inspection scheduled for Thursday April the 8th. Once you read thru the info, if you have

Hopefully everything will be into compliance on Thursday. We are asking that Mr. Mead move his boat from the
property line. And make sure his vehicles are moved at least once a month.

RE; ZONING ORDINANCE VIOLATION — LAND USE

Dear Mr. Mead,
It has been brought to our attention that a property you own, 640 Rangeline Rd is in violation of
City Zoning Ordinance §25.04.01.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
25.04.01 Recreational vehicles may not be stored any closer to a lot line than three times the
maximum height of the recreational vehicle, except when completely enclosed.
You will have 10 days upon the receipt of this letter to come into compliance, failure to do so
could result in additional enforcement.
It was also brought to our attention that the vehicles on your property may fit into the city's
definition of abandoned vehicle. While we were unable to verify this, I do want to make you
aware that we could take further action if this complaint continues to arise. One of the City
ordinances regarding abandoned vehicles defines such a vehicle as one that is more than six
model years old, may be mechanically inoperable, and is left on private property continuously in
a location visible from public property for more than 30 days 6§115 (a) 6. Please take all
necessary steps to insure that this does not continue to be an issue. If you have any questions
on either of these issues please call me. Thank you for your cooperation.
