Maxine Jeglum 3222 Eden Hollow Place Carmel, IN 46033 Re: Zoning Violation - Storage of Recreational Vehicle Dear Sir/ Madam Certified Mail This letter is being provided to inform you that complaint(s) have been made to our department regarding a Recreational Vehicle located at 3222 Eden Hollow Place, a property listed under your ownership. An inspection revealed that the properly is in violation of the Cannel/ClayLand Use Regulations, specifically 25.04.01 Recreational Vehicles, which states: Recreational vehicles may not be stored any closer to a lot line than three (3) times the maximum height of the recreational vehicle, except when completely enclosed. Non -motorized recreational vehicles may not be stored on a public right-of-way at any time. Motorized recreational vehicles maybe stored on a public right-of-way for a period not to exceed ten (10) days per month. If space does not allow for the minimum requirements of the Ordinance to be met, please either garage or remove the recreational vehicle from the premises. In order to avoid further enforcement action, to include the issuance of daily citations as long as the violation persists (and mandatory appearance in Carmel City Court), please have the violation corrected by April 9, 2010.
