NOTICE OF PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENTS
Name and Address of Taxpayer The owner and mailing address of the owner of record as of the date of this notice.
Date of Notice /Due Date Date that the property tax bill was mailed and the date by which payment must be made in order to avoid late charges.
Property Number (State /Local) State mandated property number of the taxable real estate and the local parcel number, if applicable.
Taxing District The number assigned by the Department of Local Government Finance to the taxing district in which this property is located.

Taxes 2009 The summary of calculations based on tax rates for taxes payable in last year.

Tax Relief Credits Credits are determined annually and are used to reduce property tax bills applied to applicable properties in this table.
State Homestead Credit Relief as paid by the State of Indiana from state tax revenue sources used to reduce property tax bills.
Local Property Tax Credits Relief credit as paid by the City /Town and /or County. Revenue generated by the local option income tax is used to
reduce property tax bills.
Over 65 Circuit Breaker Credit credit for a calendar year if homestead qualifies and age, adjusted gross income, homestead assessed value, and
other eligibility requirements are met. The credit caps the increase of the property tax liability of credit recipient at two percent (2

Property Tax Cap Property may not be taxed at a higher rate than prescribed by law, unless that rate is approved by voters. For 2010, those rates are 1% for
homesteads, 2% for other residential property and farm ground, and 3% for all other classes of property. When voters approve additional spending in a
referendum, an Adjustment to the Cap is made to reflect the additional expense. This excess revenue is calculated as a separate rate and added to the cap rate.
This new value is considered your effective property tax cap, or the Maximum tax that may be imposed under the cap. Taxpayers should note that the circuit
breaker cap amount is the combined cap amount for all classes of property applicable to a parcel.

Geothermal Deduction for eligible properties using geothermal utilities.
Homestead /Standard Deduction Deduction for owner- occupied primary residence.
Supplemental Standard Deduction Additional deduction for homesteads after the application of the Homestead/Standard Deduction.
Mortgage Deduction for property mortgage for eligible individuals.
Nonprofit— Exemption for eligible properties. See I.C. 6- 1.1 -10.
Over 65 Deduction for individuals over 65 years of age; subject to income limits and property value caps.
Veterans Deduction for individuals with service related disabilities or WWI veteran or spouse, must supply awards letter.
Amount 2009 The amount deducted from your bill in 2009 for each deduction.
Amount 2010 The amount deducted from your bill this year for each benefit.

http /www.hamiltoncounty.in.gov /apps /reports /t;etcriteria.asp To obtain a review of an assessment, the taxpayer must file an appeal not later than forty-five (45)
days after the date of the required notice (Form 1 I If the assessing official fails to send proper notice (Form 11) as required, the taxpayer's receipt of the tax bill
resulting from the change of assessment serves as notice of the taxpayer's right to appeal. The appeal filed by a taxpayer must include: (1) the name of the
taxpayer; (2) address and parcel or key number of the property; and, (3) address and telephone number of the taxpayer (optional Form 130). The assessing official
who receives an appeal filed by a taxpayer must: (1) immediately forward the notice to the county board; and, (2) attempt to hold a preliminary informal meeting
with the taxpayer to resolve as many issues as possible. Taxpayer may use Correction of Error (Form 133) process to allege only objective errors with County
Auditor (e.g., math error committed in computing assessment). The taxpayer's right to appeal an assessment or petition for correction ofrrror can be found at
Indiana Code chapter 6- 1.1 -15 (found at http: /www.in. og`/le /legislative /ic/ code /title6 /arl.I /chi 5.html For further instructions on filing an appeal or correction of
error, contact your County Assessor at (317) 776 -9617. Please note the appeal requires relevant evidence of the true tax value of the property as of March
1, 2009.

applicable Condo, Unit ,pursuent.,to; the Declaration -and payable during 2009 (the "2009
Charges "):shall,be,assume.d l?y. ,CRC, and the.Unit Purchaser shall have no obligation with
respect tojhe� payment ofsuch charges. CRC agrees that, if Developer makes such an offer
in connection with a Condo Unit that is sold during 2009, then: (1) Developer shall provide the
invoices for the 2Q09 Charges to C.RC Instead of to...the,Unit Purchaser; and (11) CRC shall.
pay to Developer the amount specified In such Invoices in the ordinary course of business.
8. Real Estate Taxes. v
(a) Taxes Not Reimbursable. CRC agrees that, if there are Real Estate Taxes that are
not reimbursable under the Declaration, then CRC shall ;assume,payment.of such Real
Estate Taxes. Accordingly: (1) Developer shall provide to CRC Invoices for such Real Estate
Taxes, together with evidence supporting that such Real Estate Taxes are,.not.reirribursable
under the Declaration; and (ii) CRC shall pay to Developer the amount spec ifled in .such
invoices in the ordinary course of business; and

(b) Unsold Condo Units. GRC agrees that it shall pay all Real Estate Taxes with respect
to Condo Units that remain unsold (including with respect ,lu Condo Units leased in
accordance with Section 6 of this Amendment) Accordmgly: (i) Developer shall provide to Syr
j CRC invoices for such Real Estate Taxes, together evidence:stip'parting that such Real i
Estate Taxes pertain to Condo Units that remain unsold; and (ii) CRC shall pay to Developer
the amount specified in such invoices In the ordinary course of business.
9. ChargeslCollection.
E (a) Collection Assistance. CRC acknowledges that charges assessed against the
Gallery Space pursuant to the Declaration remain unpaid, despite reasonable efforts by
Developer to collect such charges. CRC agrees: (1) at its expense, to provide commercially
reasonable legal assistance to Developer in connection with collecting such charges; and
(11) that if, despite providing such commercially reasonable legal assistance, such charges
remain unpaid, then, as between CRC and Developer, such charges shall be the
responsibility of CRC.
(b) Not Reimbursable. As between CRC and Developer, CRC shall assume the
obligation to pay all charges with respect to the Building that are not reimbursable under the
Declaration (or otherwise), either because: (i) there Is no provision for reimbursement for
such charges in the Declaration (or otherwise); or (ii) such charges are allocable to the
Condo Units that remain unsold (including Condo Units leased In accordance with Section 6
of this Amendment).
(c) Reimbursable. To the extentthat there are charges with respect to the Building that
are reimbursable underthe Declaration (orotherwise), Developershall exercise commercially
reasonable efforts to obtain such reimbursements; provided that if, despite using
commercially reasonable efforts, Developer does not obtain such reimbursements, then, as
between CRC and Developer, such charges shall be the responsibility of CRC.
(d) CRC Payment, Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, CRC shall
not be obligated to make any payment under this Section until such time as Developer
provides to CRC an invoice with respect to the charges to be paid by CRC, together with
evidence supporting the obligation of'CRC to pay such charges, after which CRC shall pay
