Angie,
I mentioned this to Mike recently and he advised me to coordinate with you:
We are preparing plans for future construction and development at Alexandria, including contemplating some
enhancements to the architectural design of the apartment buildings. These are mostly floor plan improvements, but
there is also some impact on the elevations. We propose to utilize these revised plans for the construction of Building 7
to be started this summer on the open pad just west of the clubhouse, and for other future development.
The revised building elevations are a change from the plans approved as part of our ADLS process, although 1 trust you
will find the changes to be insignificant. We'd like to share these new and improved architectural plans with you; a
meeting of 20 -30 minutes may be appropriate for us to introduce our ideas. Do you have some time in the near future
that we can meet? Other than Monday, early Tuesday afternoon, and late Friday morning, I am available next week,
Beyond that, if you suggest a time and date, I'm sure we can work something out.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Coincidentally, the new plan has a minor effect on the numbers quoted below. Efficiencies in the new
plan allow us to increase the number of units in Building 7 by two. If you'll remember our original plan
for Alexandria included 324 apartment units. (We have actually paid park impact fees for 324 units, for
instance.) Subsequently, we decided to increase the number of garages in Buildings 12 and 13, thereby
eliminating one apartment in each building. The result is the 322 -unit figure. The bottom line is that we
are back to a proposal for a community with a total of 324 units. We are still well below the Maximum
Floor Area Ratio allowed by ordinance
