1. IT SHALL BE THE .RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH CONTRACTOR
TO VERIFY ALL EXISTING UTILITIES AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING
TO THE PHASE OF WORK. IT SHALL ALSO BE THE
CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE OWNERS
OF THE VARIOUS UTILITIES FOR PROPER STAKE LOCATION OF
EACH UTILITY BEFORE WORK IS STARTED. THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL NOTIFY IN WRITING THE OWNER AND THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
OF ANY CHANGES, OMISSIONS OR ERRORS FOUND ON THESE PLANS
OR IN THE FIELD BEFORE WORK IS STARTED OR RESUMED.
2. ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY ON THIS SITE TO BE PERFORMED
IN COMPUANCE WITH APPLICABLE O.S.H.A. STANDARDS FOR
WORKER SAFETY.
3. ALL DIMENSIONS TO THE BUILDINGS ARE TO THE OUTSIDE OF
BUILDING FOUNDATION WALL
4. SEE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR BUILDING DIMENSIONS.
5. NEW CONTROL, EXPANSION, AND SAWCUT JOINTS SHOULD AUGN
WITH THE EXISTING JOINTS.
6. GRADE OF THE NEW CONCRETE PAVEMENT IS TO MATCH THE
EXISTING GRADE OF THE EXISTING CONCRETE PAVEMENT EXCEPT
WHERE NOTED.
7. NEW CONCRETE PAVEMENT WHICH IS NOT SURROUNDED BY
EXISTING CONCRETE PAVEMENT SHALL HAVE A SLOPE OF NO MORE
THAN 2% WITH WATER RUNOFF DRAINING TOWARD TURF/LANDSCAPE AREAS.
