Rangeline 10040007 UV Dear Mr. Sheets: At the meeting held Monday, May 25, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Use Variance (UV) filed by you for the property located at 220 N. Rangeline Road. APPROVED: Docket No. 10040007 UV: Use Variance for residential/mixed use in B1 District with the Condition of B1 and residential uses only. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Use Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
