We have reviewed the use variance submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on May

Carmel.
2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project falls in the Morrow Follett Regulated Drain Watershed.
4. The Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no comments on the use variance.
