At the meeting held Monday, May 25, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at
5320 East 126 Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 10040010 V Development Standards Variance for encroachment into rear yard setback
for a porch.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is May 24, 2013.
