The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: No- we will be removing the existing patio deck and installing a screened in porch 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially adverse manner because: No we will not be enlarging the existing foot print of the existing deck. We will be installing a new deck, roof and screened enclosure 3.
