The applicant seeks approval for one new wall sign facing north. The site is located at 535 N. College and
is zoned B -2 /Business. Filed by Doug Staley Sr. of Staley Signs.
The Petitioner requests approval of three walls signs to locate on two separate buildings. Both signs comply with

identical. They are each 105 sq. ft., internally illuminated, and will be directly mounted to the wall surface. The
color of the signs is gray. The blue, red and white logo is 12.25 sq. ft in size, which is 11.66% of the total sign area.
The second building's (535 N. College) sign will be the same colors, lighting, and mounting style. The only

3. Docket No. 10040012 ADLS Amend: Krieg DeVault Signage
The applicant seeks approval for a new wall sign to replace their existing sign.
The site is located at 18000 N. Meridian St. and is zoned B -2 within the US 31 Overlay Zone.
Filed by Mark Keen of ISF Signs on behalf of Krieg DeVault.
The Petitioner requests approval for a wall sign to replace an existing wall sign. The client's logo /font style has
changed, and they would like their exterior identification sign to reflect that change. The proposed sign is 90 sq. ft.
This is the maximum size allowed by the Sign Ordinance. The logo is 7.89 sq. ft. and takes up only 8.77% of the
total sign area. This meets the maximum 25% logo rule. The sign will be individual letters that are reverse
illuminated, except for the logo and spacing bar which have illuminated faces. The sign will be mounted directly to
the building. The color of the text is white, and the logo colors are red and white. Please refer to the petitioner's
informational packet for more detail.
After all questions and concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends that
the Committee approves this item.
