The purpose of the replat is to move the shared lot line between the lots so that an existing house will no longer cross the line. No new lots are being created. The lot widths are simply being changed. Previously, they both equaled 51' -9" wide. This replat moves the lot line so that the southern lot is 50' -0 This matter is being handled administratively by the planning staff and through the Board of Public Works. It will not be an agenda item at your next meeting.
