NW Corner of Carmel Dr Range Line Rd C -1 Rezone
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of an upcoming Public Hearing at the Carmel
Plan Commission's regularly scheduled meeting at 6pm, Tuesday, March 16, 2010. The
purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a proposal by the City of Carmel to change the
zoning classification of properties located at the northwest corner of Carmel Drive and
Range Line Road. More specifically, the properties' addresses are:
1. 1132 S. Range Line Road (Langston Offices includes 4 parcels of land)
2. 1212 S. Range Line Road (Party Time Rental)
3. 1224 S. Range Line Road (Arby's)
The subject properties are currently zoned B- 3/Business and I -1 /Industrial within the
Carmel Drive /Range Line Road Overlay Zone. The proposal would rezone the properties
to the C -1 /City Center District, as established in Chapter 20E of the Carmel Zoning
Ordinance. You may view the requirements of each zoning district on the web at:

You have received this notification because you own land near at least one of the subject
properties. A copy of the official Notice of Public Hearing and a location map are
enclosed for your information.
