The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting September 1$, 2007 regarding the
Development Plan Amendment and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage (DP Amend/
ADLS) Weston Pointe Outlet 3 application for a multi -tenant retail building located at 11145 North Michigan
Road within the US 421 Overlay, Carmel.
APPROVED: Weston Pointe Outlot 3, Docket No. 07070007 DP Amend/ADLS. The application for a
multi -tenant retail building located at 11145 North Michigan Road was approved as
presented, SUBJECT TO DOCS approval of the exterior wall -mounted lighting fixture
design.

regarding the improvements contained within this approval.

The Special Studies Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting February
05, 2008 regarding the Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage Amendment (ADLS Amend)
application for signage located at 11145 North Michigan Road, within the US 42 Overlay.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08010013 ADLS Amend, Weston Pointe, Outlot 3, Signage
The Committee approved the color blue to the sign package in exchange for eliminating
the color yellow, thereby keeping 4 colors.
NOTE: The Trash Enclosure is not included in this Letter of Grant.
