1. Docket No. 10040016: The Dog Father Hot Dog Stand
Applicant seeks time extension approval to his 30 -day seasonal outdoor sale, temporary use permit for
mobile food vending, per Zoning Ordinance Ch. 25.24.05. Filed by Tod Stanley of The Dog Father,
LLC.
The applicant seeks approval to operate his mobile food vending business for more than thirty days this summer.
Per Zoning Ordinance Section 25.24.05, only one Seasonal Outdoor Sales, Temporary Use permit shall be issued
per property per year. Seasonal Outdoor Sales, Temporary Use Permits shall be issued for a term of thirty
consecutive days per permit unless otherwise approved by the Plan Commission.
The petitioner will /should provide the plan commission with the following:
a) Further explanation of the request business operation possible locations
b) Photos of hot dog cart any other pertinent information
c) State the maximum number of days the time extension would be
After all comments and concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends
that the Plan Commission votes to extend the time limit.

2. Docket No. 10050002 ADLS Amend: Williams Comfort Air
Applicant seeks design approval for an exterior facade renovation. The site is located at 1077 3` Ave.
SW and is zoned I -1 /Industrial. Filed by Joe Huck of Huck Properties, for Williams Comfort Air.
The applicant seeks approval for renovations of the exterior north, south, and west building facades, with red brick
and ivory colored EIFS. The site is zoned 1 -1 /industrial; no architectural regulations are in place for this zoning
district, but any changes to the site or building must be approved by the Plan Commission. Please refer to the
petitioner's information packet for more detail.
Staff's comments: There are no outstanding comments.
After all comments and concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends
that the Plan Commission votes to approve this item.
