5. Docket No. 10050009 ADLS Amend: Sandor Signage
The applicant seeks approval for one new wall sign and 1 modified directory sign. The site is located at
10689 N. Pennsylvania and is zoned B -6 /Business. Filed by Jason Oskay of Sandor Development Co.
The Petitioner requests approval for one new wall sign and a modified directory sign. The wall sign will say Sandor
and be 105 sq. ft. in area. This size is allowed by the Sign Ordinance. It will be silver in color to match elements of
the building. Petitioner, how will this sign be illuminated? It will be located on the south tower facing west
towards Pennsylvania St. and US 31.
The directory sign is an existing entry monument sign that will be reused to list tenants of the building. The sign
area will be limited to 20 sq. ft. and it is already 5' tall. These sizes fit the sign ordinance requirements. This sign is
illuminated by an existing external light.
After all questions and concerns are addressed, the Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends that
the Committee approves this item.
