Regulations in order to consolidate and modify exterior lighting regulations /requirements. Filed by the Department of
Community Services, on behalf of the Carmel Plan Commission.

Please note the following:
1. This Item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
2. Published Public Notice will occur by Friday, July 10, in the Indianapolis Star. (Public notice should
be mailed to the IndyStar 2 days prior to the publish date, before Noon.)
3. Fifteen (15) Informational Packets will be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona Hancock
no later than NOON, Friday,
July 10, 2009.
4. The Item will appear on the July 21, 2009 agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public
Hearings
5. This item may appear on the August 4 agenda of the Special Studies Committee of the Plan
