The Special Studies Committee considered the following items: 1. Docket No. 08100011 DP Amend /ADLS: Weston Pointe Outlot 2 Firestone The applicant seeks site plan and design approval for an automobile repair facility. The site is located north of 11055 Michigan Rd. and is zoned B- 2 /Business within the Michigan Rd Overlay Zone. Filed by Jamie Shinneman of Weihe Engineers for Firestone Service Center. Present for Petitioner: David Olson, 20633 Watertown Court, Waukesha, Wisconsin. Motion Carried. 2. Docket No. 08080020 ADLS: Hotel Indigo The applicant seeks design approval for a 5 -story hotel building.
