Docket No. 09070012 ADLS Amend: Salin Bank ATM The applicant seeks approval for an ATM to be placed in a parking island at The Fountains. The site is located at 452 E. Carmel Dr. It is zoned B -8. The site is located at 615 E. Carmel Dr. and is zoned B-8/Business. Filed by Jon Dobosiewicz of Nelson Frankenberger on behalf of Southern Bells, Inc. Building Materials: architectural pre -cast, two colors, EIFS blue, tinted glass Petitioner not seeking LEED certification due to HVAC loads from MRI equipment, etc. Dept Report, Christine Holmes: Outstanding Issues Landscaping, Tree Preservation, Streetscape Plan and Adequate Screening of HVAC Equipment, especially from US 31 Petitioner states parapet goes All The Way Around and rooftop equipment is fully screened Committee Comments: Adequate screening of mechanicals— visible from US 31?
