3. The Filing Fee and Fifteen (15) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary'
Ramona Hancock no later than Noon, Friday, March 5.
4. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Friday, March 12. Failure to
submit Proof of Notice (green cards, newspaper affidavit, etc.) by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
5. This item will appear on the Tuesday, March 16 meeting agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public

As you know, we have been asked to provide an engineer's estimate for the public right
of -way improvements associated with the subject project. Since the project is in its very
early stages, it would be difficult to produce an estimate with any level of accuracy at this
time.
Please note that we have been told in previous conversations with the City Engineer's
office that typical right -of -way improvements are in the range of $90 per lineal foot of
street frontage. Based on the updated survey, the property line lengths along Old
Meridian Street and Pennsylvania Street total approximately 2284 lineal feet. Therefore,
a rough estimate for the right -of -way improvements at $90 /lineal foot would be
$205,000.
Please let me know if I can provide any additional information or if you have any
questions.
