The drawing submitted to IDEM and the Corps indicates that activities may occur that trigger IDEM and Corps authorizations. You know the drill if there's fill below the OHWM, we'll be involved. If the scope of work changes to where The structure is below the OHW, then a Section 404 permit will be required. Additionally, I noticed several places on the drawing where there are RCP outlets and RIPRAP. Any placement of Riprap below the OHW will also require a Section 404 permit. Please let me know if you need additional clarification. The crossing will consist of a three sided structure in order to remain out of the ordinary high water mark.
