GENERAL NOTES:
1. ALL TOPSOIL FROM SITE SHALL BE STRIPPED AND
STOCKPILED IN MOUNDING AREA FOR REDISTRIBUTION
AFTER EARTHWORK.
2. ANY EXCESS FILL MATERIAL SHALL BE STOSKPILED
WEST OF LOT 86 IN PLUM CREEK VILLAGE OR PLACED
IN PAD AREAS WITHIN PLUM CREEK VILLAGE AS
DIRECTED BY OWNER OWNER.
3. ALL GRADES AT BOUNDARY SHALL MEET EXISTING
GRADES.
4. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBIUTY OF EACH
