RE: CARMEL CITY CODE VIOLATIONS
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is being provided to inform you that the property at 3202 E. 96' St., a property listed
under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Codes § 6-88 (c):
(c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the
City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that
exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of
debris.
Please be advised, if the above referenced violation is not corrected by May 17, 2010, this matter
will be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel. You as property owner(s) will be liable and
billed for the cost of correcting the violation and all administrative costs. If you have any questions,
