We, the undersigned, Michael Baker, owner of Lot 79, and Wiliam Stevenson, owner of Lot 81,
being the real estate sham and described herein, do herby pertly that we have tad of replotted
and subdivided, and do hereby lay of replat and subdivide, said real estate in accordance wth the
within plat.
The subdivision shall be known and designated as "Replat of Lois 78 81, Brookshire Village,
Section 2, an Addion to the City of Carmel, hdana, Plat Book 7, Pages 64 -65. Front and near
yard building setback fines are hereby established as shown on this plat. Side yard setback lines
shall be a minimum of 5 feet, will a total aggregate of not less than 15 feet, between which Ines
and the property lines of the steet there shall be erected or mantaned no buildings or structures
Portions of the Real Estate are designated as easements on the final plat of Brookshire Village,
Section 2. Except as and only to the extent otherwise specked on tie final plat al easements
designated thereon shall constitute Common Facility Easements for the common use and
enjoyment of the Benefited Parties (as Defined in the Decktrakon), and shall be subject b all
