4 Lond alteration which strips the land of vegetation, including regrading*,
shall be done in o way that ,will minimize soil erosion.
5, The duration of time which on area remains exposed shot, be kept to
a practical minimum. The area shall be stabilized aS quickly as
practical with temporary seeding per amounts shown on sheet C4.
8. Topsoil shall be separated from suitable fill materials and shall not be
used as fill under any construction areas or future expansion areas.

9. Storm sewer structures shall comply with current specification of
the city, county and oil agenciet in respect to design and quality of
construction. Granular bockfill shall be required under all pavement
areas and within 5 feet of the edge of pavement areas.
10. Pre cast concrete and steel for manholes and inlets- shall be in
accordance with ASTM C-478.
11. Trenches shall be opened sufficiently ahead of pipe laying to reveol
obstructions, and shall be properly protected and/or barricaded
when left.
12. Trenches shall be sheeted and graded as necessary to protect
workmen and adjacent structures, All trenching shall be done in
accordance with 0.S.H.A. standards to protect workmen.
14. All filled ;Acmes under proposed storm and sanitary sewer lines
and/or paved areas shall be compacted to 90% of maximum density
os determined by Modified AASHTO T-180 Compact Test or 95% of
maximum density as determined by the Standard Proctor Test
AASHTO T-99.
15. Extra strength Reinforced Concrete Pipe to be placed under paved
areas and o minimum cover of 24" shall be mantained.
16: Storm water sediment traps shall be cleaned when they become half
filled with sediment and after permanent ground cover has been
establshed,
The subgrade shall be .proofrotled with suitable equipment and alt
spongy and otherwise unsuitable material shall be removed and
replaced with suitable material.

matter, frozen, wet soft, loose, or undesirable soil shall be removed. Topailr
shall be removed to a Minimum depth of six inches (6") or as neceSsary
remove organic matter in the ares* to be occupied by roods, walks and
designated building areas.
