Dear Mr. Dobosiewicz:
At the meeting held Monday, July 26, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 1221 S. Range
Line Road.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 10050014 V through 10050021 V: Development Standards Variances for building to occupy
a minimum of 70% of frontage; minimum 0.5 Floor Area Ratio (FAR); definition of changeable copy; number of signs;
number of signs facing South ROW; number of signs facing West ROW; total square footage; and permit ground signs in
Overlay Zone.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 26, 2013.
Please include a copy of this letter with your building permit and sign permit applications.
