Permanent and final vegetation or structural erosion control devices shall be installed as soon as final grading is completed for each drainage structure or excavation. 6. Surface water shalt be diverted away from the project area wherever possible. As earthwork construction progresses, the contractor shall take care to avoid creating any inadvertent run-off accumulation. At the end of each work day, the contractor shall survey the site and make any necessary earthwork adjustments to insure proper drainage and avoid potential hazards to adjacent landowners. 7.
