CARMEL ADVISORY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Thursday, March 10, 2005
The meeting was called to order by President James Hawkins at 5:10 p.m.
Board members Leo Dierckman, Earlene Plavchak and Madeleine Torres were present,
constituting a quorum. Also present were Legal Counsel John Molitor and Angie Conn,
Jon Dobosiewicz and Mike Hollibaugh as Department of Community Services staff.
The subject of the meeting was discussion of issues pertaining to litigation.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
