Project Information:
IA. See the Erosion Control Plan sheet, 02.0 for the Location Mop.
18. The Elementary School is port of the 108 —acre Middle School project that is
currmtly under construction. Mass grading for the Elementary School was
included in the Middle School contract. A temporary sedimentation Basin was
constructed in the Southwest corner of the site as part of the Middle School
contract. This basin is to be maintained during the grading process for the
Elementary School. it is to be supplemented with silt fence as indicated on the
Erosion Control Plan. Upon completion of the storm sewer facility individual inlets
shall be protected as shown. The site shall be revegetated as soon as possible
offer grading and utilities have been installed. The measures shown represent the
minimum recommended. it is the contractor's responsibility to install whatever
measures are necessary to inhibit and contain erosion on the site. The contractor
shall periodically inspect the erosion control measures and if necessary maintain
and or supplement them.
1C.. See plans for location of mods, utilities, structures and other features.
10. See plans for building locations.
1E. The land to the north, west and south is agricultural, to the east is a Soccer
complex.
The site is currently under construction. Prior to that it was gross and cultivated
fields.
There are no wetlands or takes on the site. Long Branch Creek runs along the
east side of the Middle School site and cuts across the southeast corner.
The site is located in a FEMA Zone C. See the Drainage Report for the current
FEA4A mapping.
See the Erosion Control Plan sheet, G2.0 for the Soils Map.
See the grading Plan for the existing and proposed contours and elevations.
Stormwater will discharge to new storm sewers. Storm sewers will discharge to the
retention basin and the retention basin will discharge to Long Branch Creek.
The receiving water is Long Branch Creek via the retention basin.
Stormwater could enter the groundwater through normal percolation.
See the pions for the location of the storm sewer systems.
See the Grading Plan for the areas of disturbance. The Erosion Control Plan also
shows the "Construction Limits".
No new soil stockpiles are anticipated other than what was established for the
Middle School Construction.
Perfecter silt controls will be installed and the construction entrances will be
established. Earthwork cut and fill will commence followed by creation of the
building pad. Utilities will be installed. Rough grades will be set for the drives,
parking and playgrounds. Paving base and final surfoces will be installed, with
pored area inlet protection removed upon installation of final paved surfaces.
Finish grading and seeding will be done last Grossed area inlet protection and
perimeter silt fence will be removed upon establishment of permanent vegetation.
See notes on this sheet as well as details for monitoring and maintenance
guidelines.
See Erosion Control Plan and details for perimeter sediment control measures.
See detail for temporary seeding information and specifications.
See Erosion Canto, Plan and details for temporary erosion control measures.
See plans and details for permanent erosion control measures. Also refer to
project specifications.
See the Erosion Control Plan and details for storm drain inlet protection.
See plans and details for Stormwater outlet protection.
See Erosion Contort Plan and details for location and details for construction
entrance.
There ore no individual "lots (subdivision) created as a pars of this project
requiring separate specifications. Individual erosion control measures shall be
installed for each building construction project (not port of this project).
See details and specifications for permanent seeding specifications
