The plat has been updated per your comments emailed to me on May 19, 2010 and include:
Docket Numbers 10050010 SP and 04030006 SP have been added
The label denoting common lot line between lots 247 and 248 has been graphically toned down
The PUD Ordinance Number has been changed to Z- 465 -04
I have also emailed a digital cad file of the plat to Terry Kruescamp per your instructions.
If everything appears to be in order would you please have Mike Hollibaugh sign the plat and then
forward it to Dave Barnes in the Engineering Department so can add it to the next Board of Works
agenda.

RE: Replat Village of West Clay Section 12002 -B, Lots 247 -248
Dear Mr. Sexton:
We have reviewed the replat submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on May 19,
2010, for this project and have the following comments:
1. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of
Carmel.
2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project falls in the Village of West Clay Regulated Drain Watershed.
4. No permits will be needed from our office.
5. Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no objections to the proposed replat.
