Dear Angie:
Thank you very much for your assistance regarding the project captioned above.
Enclosed for your records you will find two (2) paper copies of the mylar of the condominium
property and a copy of the Condominium Declaration as it was.recorded by the Hamilton County
Recorder's Office. A pdf version of the recorded mylar was previously sent to you with a copy
of the Declaration and all exhibits.

Attached to this message you will find a pdf of the kecorded declaration and the recorded site plan and floor plans. A
Mylar of the plans and a paper copy of the declaration and plans are being sent to you via overnight mail.
We went through quite a process with the Hamilton County Recorder's Office and the Mapping Office. They changed the
size of Mylars they would accept a couple of times and we ended up having to cut the exhibits in half to address legibility
issues.
Please let me know if you have questions.

Actually, Marci, the standardized method we use is based on a 100 system. So, the first floor would be Suite 100, and the
second floor would be Suite 200. The addressing would appear as follows:
Prudentia, Inc.
2071 Broughton St., #100
Carmel, IN 46032
Mr. Steve Churchill
2071 Broughton St., #200
Carmel, IN 46032.

The second floor is a single residential unit and the first floor is a single office unit. If possible, the first floor should be No.
1 and the second floor should be No. 2.
I hope this info helps regarding assigning numbers to the condos.
