I have issued the Docket Number for the Commons at City Centre (ZW). It is the following:

The applicant seeks up to a 35% zoning waiver approval from ZO Section 20E.06: Landscaping Requirements.
The site is located southwest of City Center Dr. and 3 Avenue SW, and is zoned C -1 /City Center District.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This item does not need to be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Monday, November 9. Published notice is
required within the Indianapolis Star. Try to get the public notice ad to the IndyStar by Noon, two days prior
to the public notice deadline. It takes about two days for them to publish it. Also, the placement of a public
hearing sign on the property is required; see application.
3. The Filing Fee and Three (3) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona
Hancock no later than Noon, Wednesday, November 25.
4. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Wednesday, December 2.
Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
5. This item will appear on the Friday, December 4, 4:00 PM agenda of the Plan Commission Hearing Officer
(under "Public Hearings A representative must be present.
6. Refer to your instruction sheet for more detail.
7. Petitioner— please provide the filled out zoning waiver application, provide a landscape plan of the affected
area(s), and provide a breakdown of what plantings are required by the ordinance vs. what is proposed.
8. Petitioner— Please note on the public notice that this meeting will take place at 4 pm in the DOCS conference
room, third floor, Carmel city hall. (And not at 6 pm in the council chambers.)
