Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Monday, November 9. Published notice is required within the Indianapolis Star. Try to get the public notice ad to the IndyStar by Noon, two days prior to the public notice deadline. It takes about two days for them to publish it. Also, the placement of a public hearing sign on the property is required; see application. 3. The Filing Fee and Three (3) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona Hancock no later than Noon, Wednesday, November 25. 4.
