Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This item will appear on the Sept. 15 meeting agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The
petitioner must submit plans and review materials to all TAC members ASAP via email and /or mail, if not done so

2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur.
3. Proof of Notice is not needed.
4. The Filing Fee and Eight (8) Information packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary, Ramona
Hancock, no later than 12:00 PM, Friday, August 27. If filing fee and materials are not delivered by this time,
this application will be continued to the October 5 meeting.
5. This Item will appear on the September 7 meeting agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies Committee
at 6:00 pm in the Caucus Room, Second Floor, City Hall. Please have a representative attend.
6. Please refer to the application /checklist for more detail.
Petitioner, please address or respond to the review comments on or before August 27.
1. Please provide digital copies of the application, exhibits, and plans.
2. The proposed row of parking at the eastern portion of the lot lies within a 20 -ft wide drainage, utility, and sewer
easement. Approvals from various agencies will be required to place parking within this easement. Please
contact the pertinent TAC members for approval letters, such as the City Engineering Dept. and City Utilities
Dept.
3. Please make sure that the landscaping areas within the parking areas makes up 15% or more of that area, per
the commitments recorded with the initial rezone (docket no. 1 -95 Z).
4. Please add additional trees or shrubs to the site, to help mitigate the loss of green space of the addition of the
36 parking spaces, such as in the landscape island on the eastern portion of lot 4.
5. Daren Mindham of the Forestry Dept will review /approve the landscape plan.
6. Have you considered adding a parking area to lot 3, just south of lot 4?
7. Please provide a copy of the recorded plat for Lot 3 of Hazel Dell Corner, relating to docket no. 05040007 SP, as
we are trying to close out old files.
