Do I need to send you hard copies or can you look at the pdf's? (tryini, to stay green!). as these were minor changes. On Sheet C202,1 revision clouded the changes. Isn't the Carmel requirement for entrances in R/W to be Concrete? We did have a Concrete detail for t e R/W of Carmel drive shown on our plans. We have prepared the following responses to the plan review comments listed below. Construction Drawing Review Comments 36. Comment: General Comments b. Please add the following note to the drawings. "IF IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO RELOCATE EXISTING UTILITIES; THE EXPENSE OI SUCH RELOCATION SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER. ALL UTILITY POLES SHA BE LOCATED WITHIN ONE FOOT OF THE PROPOSED RIGHT—OF—WAY Response: b. Please see Sheet C105, General Note 13 for this note. 42. Comment: Please omit Sheet L101, Landscape Plan and Sheet L201, Landscape Details from construction sets (and their Index) to be submitted for review by the department. Please revise "100' BUFFER" such that it can he read from the right side of the sheet. Response: See updated sheet for text adjustments. 47. Comment: Sheet C202 SITE LAYOUT DETAILS". a. In the CURB JOINT DETAILS, please revise the maximum spacing between transverse expansion joints from 100 feet to 50 Indicate a maximum spacing between transverse contraction joints of 10 feet on tangent sections and 5 feet on radius sections. Please indicate that the 50 feet is a maximum spacing. b. Please acid a pavement section for areas within the City right -of -way. This pavement section shall he 1.5 inches H1't14 #I1 surface on 2 inches HAM #8 binder on 3 inches HMA #5D base on 7 inches #53 stone on 4 inches #2 stone. Didn't find this pavement section on Sheet C202. Response: a. Please see sheet C202 for revised detail. b. See sheet C202 for added detail.
