HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLAN COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA For Development Plan ADLS Docket No. #10040009 DP /ADLS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the City of Carmel, Indiana "Plan Commission meeting on the 15 day of June, 2010, at 6 :00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing regarding an application, identified by the Docket Number referenced above, seeking approval of a site plan and design approval for a mixed use building with office, retail, and fuel station "Application pertaining to the real estate commonly known as 1221 Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana 46032, and generally located on the northeast corner of Rangeline Road and Carmel Drive in Carmel, Indiana. The Real Estate is zoned B -8 Business and is approximately 1.236 acres in size. The Application seeks approval of the development plan and architectural design, lighting, landscaping and signage regarding a mixed use building with office, retail, and fuel station to be constructed upon the Real Estate. A copy of the Application is on file for examination at the Department of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, telephone 317/571 -2417. All interested persons desiring to present their views on the Application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Written objections to the Application filed with the Department of Community Services either prior to or at the Public Hearing will be considered, and oral comments concerning the proposed Application will be heard at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
