Dear Mr. Reis:
At the meeting held Monday, August 23, 2010, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Special Use Amendment (SUA) and Development Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property
located at 14598 Oakridge Road.
APPROVED: Docket No. 10060008 SUA Special Use Amendment application for new building for existing use.
APPROVED: Docket No. 10070012 V Development Standards Variance for reduced front yard setback.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Special Use
Amendment and Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either
continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month
extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of
the approvals is August 23, 2013.
Please include a copy of this letter with your building permit applications.
