The Carmel Plan Commission will meet on the 17th day of May, 2005, at 6:00
p.m. at Carmel City Hall, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 for the purposes of
holding a public hearing on Plum Creek Partners, LLC's "Petitioner Development Plan
and Architectural Design, Lighting Landscaping and Signage "ADLS applications for
the property located one property North of the northwest corner of 131 Street and Hazel
Dell Parkway. The Petitioner requests Development Plan and ADLS approval to build a
4,000 square -foot retail and office building on 1.31 acres.
The property that is the subject of the Development Plan and ADLS applications
is located one property North of the northwest corner of 131 Street and Hazel Dell
Parkway in Carmel, Indiana and is further described as Lot 3 of Hazel Dell Corner. The
applications are identified as Docket No. 05040006 DP /ADLS.
Interested persons desiring to present their comments either in writing or verbally
will be given the opportunity to be heard at the aforementioned time and place.
The applications and plans may be reviewed at the Carmel Department of Community
Services office located at Carmel City Hall, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032. The
hearing may be continued from time -to -time as may be found necessary.
