That being said, I should clarify that the current conditions probably don't match the ADLS plan that was approved and that you probably have in your file (see attached for an example of our "early" plan). During the construction plan review process, the City Engineer's office required that the radii of the curbs at the intersection of Fairfax Manor Drive and Pennsylvania Street be made larger. The driveway west of Building 7 conflicted with that larger radius on the old plan, so we flipped the drive aisle and parking spaces on the plans (see attached)that were eventually approved by the Engineering Department and used for construction. I don't know if that is something you would normally track, but now you have the information for your files ifyou choose to keep it. Please accept this email as administrative approval of the changes. A copy of the plans and this email will be placed in the plan commission file for Docket No. 04120020 ADLS Amend. When finalized, please submit the slightly amended parking layout for this building, as well. Also, please continue to work with the Forestry Dept. on approval of the amended landscape plan, and please consult the Building Commissioner Jim Blanchard about the removal of the 2 -hr fire wall.
