Range Line Road Carmel, IN 46032 Re: Rangeline Commercial 09040005 V and 09040006 V Dear Mr. Barker: At the meeting held Monday, August 24, 2009, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standard Variances (V) filed by you for the properties located at 411 -431 North Range Line Road. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 09040005 V and 09040006 V Development Standard Variances for lot width reduced to 45 feet for all uses and lot coverage increased to 60% residential/80% commercial with following Commitments: Alley remain open and be improved Walkways on Range Line and 4 Street are part of project Utilize porous pavement Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variances approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one time, six -month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
