Investments, LLC 1016 Third Avenue SW, Ste. 100 Carmel IN 46032 COPY RE: D Wilkinson's Addition, Lots 13 -15 Range Line Commercial Docket No. 09040007 PP Amend and Docket No. 09040008 SW (lot width) Dear Mr. Schutz: The Subdivision Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting October 6, 2009 regarding the application for Primary Plat Amendment (PP Amend) and Subdivision Waiver (SW) for lot width for D Wilkinson's Addition, Lots 13 -15, Range Line Commercial, 411, 421, 431 North Range Line Road, Carmel within the Historic Range Line Sub -area of the Old Town Overlay. APPROVED: Docket No. 09040007 PP Amend and Docket No. 09040008 SW, D Wilkinson's Addition, Lots 13 -15, Range Line Commercial was approved with the FOLLOWING SPECIFIC CONDITIONS: 1) Five foot (5') wide sidewalk along Fourth Street NE; 2) Resolution of Dept of Engineering issues before submitting Secondary Plat; and 3) Alley vacation approved by City Council. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
