We have reviewed the replat submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on June 23,
2010, for this project and have the following comrnents:
1. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of
Carmel.
2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project falls in the Village of West Clay Regulated Drain Watershed.
4. No permits will be needed from our office.
5. Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no objections to the proposed replat.

or deleted. No proposed infrastructure improvements are proposed as part of this replat, none of the
existing site infrastructure will be altered and no existing easements will be vacated or relocated as a
result of the replat. It is my understanding this replat will not be on the agenda of a future Carmel
Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting and the replat will be reviewed and approved by the
Department of Community Services administratively.
