NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission for the City of Carmel,
Indiana "Meeting meeting on the 20 day of July, 2010, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council
Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public
Hearing regarding requests, for primary plat approval and for certain waivers of the Subdivision
Control Ordinance, pertaining to the real estate identified by the above referenced docket
numbers (collectively, the "Application
The subject real estate is located east of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, on the southwest
corner of 146 Street and Village Drive North, in the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana,
and is legally described in what is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" (the
"Real Estate One of the common addresses applicable to the Real Estate is 1235 West 146
