September 28, 2010 Anthony Lathrop 11399 Central Drive East Carmel, IN 46032 Re: Lathrop Garage 10080005 V Dear Mr. Lathrop: At the meeting held Monday, September 27, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 11399 Central Drive East. APPROVED: Docket No. 10080005 V, Development Standards Variance for encroachment into front yard setback. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 27, 2013. Please include a copy of this letter with your building pennit application.
