Home My WebLink AboutPublic NoticeHello, Neighbors We are Adrianna and Anthony Lathrop. We live near you at 11399 Central Drive East. We would like to enlarge our garage. Because we have a corner lot, the setback line cuts across our property in a strange way. To make our garage bigger, we will need special permission from the City of Cannel to build past the setback line. The City requires a hearing before granting this kind of permission, and requires that we provide our neighbors with notice of the hearing. The second page of this letter is the legal notice of the hearing time and location. Here are a few pictures that hopefully will give you an idea of what we are trying to do. Of course you are free to come to the hearing with any questions or objections you may have. We would however very much appreciate the chance to speak with you and address any concerns in person, before the hearing. Thank you!
